Can I use MacCaching to just download my waypoint that are in my GPS and edit or add new waypoints, assigning a name, comment and latitude/longitude into my Garmin USB GPS?

I am looking for a program that allows me to manage and edit my waypoints beyond geocaching waypoints. and I just can't find any for the mac that do what I am needing. This has looks like it may have potential but I cant figure out how to do it.
