Finding The Data Files

Data files for MacCaching are stored in two locations. Most of the data files (including the database) are stored in the current user’s application support directory. The preference file is located in the user’s preference folder.

The first place to get data files is: (/~/Library/Application Support/CMiYC/MacCaching).
If you don’t know where that is, or what it means follow these directions:

1. Click “Finder” on your Dock
2. In the “Go” Menu select “Home”
3. Double-Click “Library”
4. Double-Click “Application Support”
5. Right-Click (or ctrl-click) “CMIYC” and select “Create An Archive”
6. Email the CMIYC.zip file to feedback@maccaching.com

The second file is the preference file located at (/~/Library/Preferences/maccaching preferences.plist).
If you don’t know where that is, or what it means follow these directions:
